Each job carries a team of members, each with one org-defined role (e.g. “Team Lead”, “Team Members”).

None of Stardex’s default job roles map to a unified type, so all job roles sync with the remote label and no unified type.

Create candidate

Screening question answers are not supported. Only a LinkedIn profile link is written, as the sole social field Stardex has. Other links are dropped.

Add attachment to application

Stardex stores documents on the candidate, so the attachment is added to the candidate rather than a specific application.

Move application to stage

Stardex closes archived jobs to stage changes, so applications on them cannot be moved. The application outcome follows on the stage-change webhook, or on the next sync when webhooks are not set up.

Upstream Webhooks	candidate.created: triggered when a candidate was added to a job pipeline candidate.stage_changed: triggered when an application’s stage changed, moving the candidate to a different pipeline stage Not covered: tag assigned or removed on a candidate (Stardex publishes no tag event) Not covered: interview scheduled or updated (Stardex publishes no interview event; meeting_recording.completed covers a finished recording, not a booking) Webhooks are configured manually in Stardex (Settings → Email & other integrations → API Access & Webhooks) and delivered via Svix. Not covered: person, company, client-contact, deal, and meeting-recording events. Not covered: job events. Stardex does publish them, but Kombo does not process them yet, so job changes, including creations and deletions, are only reflected by the next sync. Contact Kombo support if you need them. Not covered: a job published or unpublished, as Stardex publishes no job visibility event and job visibility is not synced. Not covered: screening questions updated, as Stardex publishes no form or question event and screening questions are not synced.
