Jobdiva exposes multiple types of roles as flags on each users row

CONTACTID maps to unified type HIRING_MANAGER
PRIMARYRECRUITER, RECRUITER, Secondary Recruiter, and Tertiary Recruiter (value 1) map to unified type RECRUITER

JobDiva users have independent permission flags. Each flag set to 1 yields one system role row, so a user can have multiple system roles.

SUPERUSERFLAG (1) maps to unified type ADMIN
RECRUITERFLAG (1) maps to unified type RECRUITER
RECRUITINGMANAGERFLAG, SALESFLAG, and TEAMLEADERFLAG (1) have no unified type.
If no flag is 1, no system role is synced.
