Recruiterflow provides a list of system roles for each user (name on each role)

name equal to Admin (case-insensitive) maps to unified type ADMIN
name equal to Recruiter (case-insensitive) maps to unified type RECRUITER
Any other name has no unified type.

Create candidate

After adding a candidate to a job, RecruiterFlow may take a few minutes to reflect the application. We poll for up to 5 minutes. RecruiterFlow can’t set the stage when adding a candidate to a job, so we move them into the requested stage with a follow-up call. This requires an “on behalf of” user on the integration; if it’s missing or the move fails, the candidate is still created and we surface a warning.
