outcome	Carerix match statuses carry `isFinal` and `isSuccessfullyFilled` flags, from which the outcome is derived:

A non-final status (or a match with no status) maps to PENDING.
A final, successfully-filled status maps to HIRED.

Job user role assignments

Carerix assigns hiring-team members to a vacancy via vacancyUsers, each optionally carrying a role node. Role names are admin-configurable free text (often Dutch) and mapped by keyword.

“recruit”/“consultant” maps to RECRUITER
“hoofdcontactpersoon”/“hiring”/“manager” maps to HIRING_MANAGER
“coordinator” maps to COORDINATOR, “sourcer” to SOURCER, “interviewer” to INTERVIEWER
Members without a role, or with an unrecognized role, sync without a unified type.

Carerix assigns each user a single system role (its user-role profile). Role names are admin-configurable free text (often Dutch) and mapped by keyword.

Names containing “admin”/“beheerder” map to ADMIN

“hoofdcontactpersoon”/“hiring”/“manager” maps to HIRING_MANAGER
“coordinator” maps to COORDINATOR, “sourcer” to SOURCER, “interviewer” to INTERVIEWER
Candidate profiles (role “Kandidaat”) are excluded from users and synced as candidates instead.

Current connector: Carerix GraphQL API. Recommended for new integrations. For Carerix, we also offer the following other connector variants:

Legacy Carerix XML/REST API. Carerix provides no further updates or support for it, so prefer the GraphQL variant for new integrations.

Multiple variants can be used within your Kombo environment at the same time.
