Create candidate
Unless “Submit applications to Recruiting Intake” is enabled, Crelate requires an application stage when creating applications. If an application stage ID is not provided, the candidate is assigned to the first application stage in the Crelate instance. Phone numbers are only supported for US numbers when creating contacts. Non-US phone numbers are skipped. When “Submit applications to Recruiting Intake” is enabled, the application is sent to Crelate Recruiting Intake. It has no stage, only a resume can be attached, and Kombo identifies it by the job id and the applicant email until a recruiter approves or rejects it.
