Supported Features & Coverage

A HiBob job opening can have several job ads, and each ad can have its own fields. We take these fields from the first job ad:
  • description, post_url, location, and remote_work_status are copied from that ad.
  • If the opening has no live job ad, or the ad is unpublished, HiBob no longer returns ads for it and these fields are cleared on the next sync.
HiBob only exposes job ads that are live on the public career page. If a job gets unpublished we will not get its job ads anymore and it would be marked as deleted in next sync.
Only submitted evaluations are synced, so anything other than status: completed is excluded.
