Prerequisites

Employees are created in Oyster as draft employments with their name, email, and nationality only. A company user completes the role, compensation, and contract details in Oyster and submits the draft to start the hiring process.

Employees are created in the default country and subdivision configured on the integration. To hire in a different location, update those settings first.
