Decidium does not designate a primary work assignment. Kombo treats the first non-terminated assignment as primary and only exposes its location. Only the primary work assignment’s manager is exposed via Kombo’s API. Only the first nationality is exposed via Kombo’s API. If the worker status is not available, Kombo derives the employment status from the start and termination dates. If weekly hours are not available, Kombo derives them from the full-time equivalence ratio based on the French legal working week of 35 hours. Please reach out to Kombo support if you need a different full-time working week.

By default, employees are only linked to their department and cost centers. Enable the “Link employees to all organizational unit groups” setting to also link them to the groups of all other organizational levels.
