What is Screening?

The general flow we see a lot of our customers implement, goes as follows

  1. Reading Applications from your customers ATS
  2. Performing the screening on candidates within your platform, either top-of-funnel or at an identified trigger stage
  3. Writing the results of the application back into the ATS
  4. Moving Candidates to the next stage in the process or rejecting candidates within the process
