To enable a new tool, navigate to the tools page in the Kombo dashboard and enable it. Before enabling it, we highly recommend using Kombo’s resources to learn more about the tool. The reason for this is that not all HR tools support the exact same feature set. We try to unify these differences as much as possible, but we also aim to provide the best possible resources to prevent any surprises when using a tool. Below is a list of the resources Kombo provides, and a short explanation on why they could be useful.Documentation Index

Coverage Grid
The coverage grid provides a high-level overview of which data point is supported across all of our integrations. Hovering over noteworthy data points will also offer explanations of their implementation. You can access the HRIS coverage grid or the ATS coverage grid from your dashboard.Tools Page

Under the resources tab, you’ll find links to the tool’s specific resources and guides.- Preview Connection Flow: An interactive overview of the connection flow. Here, you’ll be able to see each step that your customer will take, allowing you to provide support if necessary.
- Connection Guide: A written guide meant for customers, where we provide screenshots and explanations for navigating the tool’s user interface to generate credentials.
- Sandbox: If the tool allows for free demo accounts, we will provide a link here.
- How to View Sources: A guide to show where your company’s desired attribution will be displayed in the customer’s system.
- How to Set Up a Source: If a tool has a complicated process for setting up source attribution, we provide an additional guide to assist your customer in doing so here.
