Overview

Applications that fail during submission do not immediately emit a failure webhook. Kombo reviews every failed application to rule out a fault in the submission process. If the fault was on Kombo’s side, Kombo submits the application manually and emits a success webhook. Only after this review confirms that the application cannot be submitted does Kombo emit a failure webhook. The turnaround for this review is less than 24 hours.
